Joseph Otirhue celebrates Prof. Sam Oyovbaire at 82

Chairman, Local Government Service Commission, Hon Dr Joseph Otirhue has celebrated renowned Okpe Chief and former Minister for Education, Professor Sam Oyovbaire as he clocks 82 years of age.

Dr Joseph Otirhue while describing the Professor said, "Your life on Earth is a great blessing to Deltans, especially the Okpe people. I am proud to identify with you. Your immense contributions to the growth and development of the state is worthy of note".

Speaking accordingly, Otirhue said, "Professor Sam as a political scientist, former Minister of Education and member Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is a devoted and dedicated party man who played a significant role in the emergence of an Okpe man as governor in the person of Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.

I appreciate you for being a father and a leader to us, as you celebrate today, I celebrate you specially.

It is my utmost prayer that the good Lord who gives blessings, bless you with long life in good health and happiness, he added.
