Mr Richard Randy Omoghwigho Okotie, has penned a good will message to His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, Executive Governor of Delta State as he clocks 60 years of age on Monday, June 19th, 2023.
Richard Randy in his congratulatory message made available to newsmen, said Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori is worthy of celebration having excelled excellently well in government to reach an amiable height.

I am writing to let you know that you are an inspiration to many young politicians, and you have proven yourself to be an exemplary role model.
Your effervescence and dexterity in governance remains unparalleled as a servant leader whose pedigree and profile capture a meritorious life and cognate experience in politics.

On your birthday, I am happy that you are the Executive Governor of Delta State as you will give more of growth, infrastructural development to Deltans.

Congratulations once again sir.
