Joseph Otirhue Congratulates Governor Sheriff Oborevwori as he turns 60.

As Deltans around the world celebrate their amiable Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his diamond birthday jubilee celebration, the Chairman, Delta State Local Government Service Commission, Dcn. Joseph Otirhue has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on turning 60 years, saying that God Almighty has been gracious to the Governor, whose life he said is a testament of God's goodness, mercies and unfailing love.

Dcn. Joseph Otirhue, in eulogizing Governor. Sheriff Oborevwori on his birthday anniversary said,  the people's governor deserves all he has achieved in life and perhaps even more, given his love and commitment to the service of God and humanity, which he said, has endeared Gov. Oborevwori to the good people of Delta State and beyond, which apparently came to the fore during the last Delta State gubernatorial election, which he won landslide defeating his closest rival with an unprecedented margin.
According to Dcn. Joseph Otirhue, "I'm very happy and delighted to celebrate our amiable Governor on his diamond  birthday jubilee celebration, which to me, is an attestation of God's love for an humble servant, who has distinguished himself as a selfless and altruistic leader, particularly in his quest to serve his people and better their lives.
Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is a leader who understands that leadership comes with great responsibility, that is why, it is my humble prayer that as he attains this milestone in his life journey, God Almighty in His infinite mercies, should continually be with him, direct his steps and grant him the wisdom to lead our dear state to greater heights," he said.
Dcn. Joseph Otirhue, while also congratulating Governor Oborevwori once again on his successful inauguration as the Executive Governor of Delta State, also implored Deltans to continue to support the administration of Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, as he is determined to make a great difference in the lives of Deltans through his M.O.R.E agenda, he said.
