Chief Perkins Umukoro, Felicitates with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on His Birthday, Says, he is an exceptional leader

The member representing Sapele local government area at the Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), Chief Perkins Umukoro has congratulated His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Chief (Rt. Hon) Sheriff Oborevwori on his 60th birthday anniversary.
Chief Perkins Umukoro, in his birthday message to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori said, the life journey of the governor is replete with God's abundant grace and mercies, which he said has defined the avalanche of successes the governor has recorded in both his private life and political career, which has become an inspiration and a reference point to many, both within and outside the shores of  Delta State.

In the words of Perkins Umukoro, "Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori is a rare and exceptional leader, whose leadership vision and stride since his entrant into politics has brought succour and transformation to so many lives, who are today extremely grateful for crossing his path.
As a people, we feel very proud and honoured to identify with you on the auspicious occasion of your birthday, especially as your life has been a blessing to us all, just as I can confidently say that,  your impact and achievements as Delta State Governor in the years ahead will trickle down to unborn generation of Deltans", he said.
Hon. Chief Perkins Umukoro, however used the opportunity of the governor's birthday anniversary to appeal to Deltans to join hands together with Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori in his effort and determination to develop the state and make it an envy of all, within the Nigerian federation.
