Your Excellency, Rt Hon.(Elder), Francis O. Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State:

I join your family, associates, supporters and the people of Delta State to cheer and celebrate you on this auspicious occasion of your 60th birthday. 

You are a sagacious, and noble man with progressive ideals that has been enjoying God's graciousness at its peak, a dependable, loyal and highly supportive Rt. Hon Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly in the immediate past administration of Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa. You are a statesman who prioritizes the success of Delta State as a whole. 
You are a true son of Okpe Kingdom as evidenced in your political sagacity and representation as the Honorable member that represents Okpe state constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly.

This is cheers to a future of greater accomplishments and lasting impacts.
