Julius Egbedi congratulates Sapele House of Assembly Elect, Perkins Umukoro over election victory, appreciates the people of Sapele for supporting the PDP

Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and former Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, Chief Julius Egbedi has congratulated the winner of the Delta State House of Assembly, Sapele Constituency PDP candidate, Chief Perkins Umukoro over his victory at the just concluded election which held on Saturday March 18th, 2023.

Chief Perkins Umukoro, a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, clinch victory after defeating his closest rival Hon Moses Ogodo of the All Progressives Congress, APC, after he got a total vote of 14, 612 as against his rival who got 11,161 votes.

In a statement made available to newsmen, Chief Julius Egbedi said, I congratulate you my brother and friend for your victory.

I also want to thank the voters for their support, for heeding to our plea to vote for the PDP, the victory of PDP is your victory, because without your votes, we wouldn't have been able to coast to victory. I sincerely appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart, he said.
