Day 4: Chief Godwin Meke Plays Host to Chiefs, Family, Friend, & Well Wishers

In line with the customs and traditions that completes the seven days traditional rite process of chieftaincy, Chief Godwin Toritseju Meke, the Ugbenu of Okpe Kingdom has continued to entertain guest.
The chieftaincy process which commenced on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 is expected to end on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022.
The Ugbenu of Okpe Kingdom while playing host to family, friends and well wishers at his residential house in Sapele, after spending three days in his home town Ikeresan, Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, thanked guest who took out time to grace his chieftaincy ceremony.
The traditional process of chieftaincy is usually seven days, and we started on Wednesday, on Tuesday, December 20th, we shall be at the palace to thank the Orodje of Okpe for bestowing on us this title.
I appreciate all those who have been coming from the first day of the ceremony to this day, I want to let them know that I sincerely appreciate. To my fellow Chiefs, I say thanks, he said.
Meanwhile, Congratulatory message has continued to pour in for the new chief, family and friends have continued to present gifts to mark the celebration process.
