Executive Chairman of Sapele local government area, Chief Eugene Inoaghan has reacted to the arrest of the Sapele Okpe Community Youth President, Mr Obomine Ekariko while sueing for the peace amongst the residents.
Eugene Inoaghan while addressing newsmen said that; Sapele is a very peaceful city and as residents we must endeavor to live in peace and unity. Obomine Ekariko will be released soon, we are already on it. I want to appeal to the youths to be calm, soon their youth president will be back.
As a people, we must always seek for peace, violence does no good to anyone, he added.
The chairman also visited the young boy who was hit by stray bullet, asking the doctor on duty to keep him informed on the victims recovery.
