Archbishop Godday Iboyi Celebrates Oborevwori @59

The Spiritual Leader of Okpe Kingdom, His Grace, Most Rev'd Iboyi Godday has felicitated with Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly on the occasion of his 59th birthday anniversary.

In a message personally signed by him, Iboyi describe Oborevwori as a unifier who is unshakably committed to promoting peace and upholding the unity of Delta in particular and Nigeria as a whole. 

Iboyi who also doubles as the President General of Okpe Christian Assembly  (OCA), applauded Rt Hon Sheriff contributions to the successes recorded by the Okowa led administration and his unalloyed dedication to ensuring the stronger Delta mantra becomes a reality by formulating legislations that are above board and always people orientated, adding that, more than ever before, Delta State needs the contribution of great patriots like him to futher drive the developmental process which has been the yearning of Deltans.

According to the Okpe Kingdom Spiritual Leader who the Orodje of Okpe once discribed as the pride of Okpe, Sheriff Oborevwori peaceful disposition and being the first to stretch an Olive branch to those he defeated at the People's Democratic Party gubernatorial primaries which he personally declares "a no victor no vanquish" contest where he emerged his party candidate for the 2023 elections, places him on a pedestal that is worthy of emulation by all Nigerians. 

"Without a doubt, you have shown that if given the opportunity to govern, your peaceful disposition will translate a peaceful reign at all level. This is a lesson all politicians and their followers  must draw from. 

“As you celebrate your birthday, my family, Okpe Christian Assembly (OCA) join your polical associates, family, friends and all your admirers in wishing you many more fulfilling years ahead,” the Sapele born revered clergyman stated.
