O5 Initiative: Free Medical Eye Treatment For Adult/Children To Hold in Sapele, Okpe and Uvwie

I am pleased to inform you that the 2022  Free Grassroot  Medical Outreach(Eye treatment, Adult and Children) Organized by the O5 Initiative in collaboration with Restore Sight Africa Initiative and the State Ministry of Health across the ten(10) Federal Constituencies in Delta State will hold in Okpe/Sapele/Uvwie Federal Constituency  as follows.
Date:-Tue 10th -Sat 14th May,2022.
Venue:-Central Hospital Sapele.
Time:- 8am prompt(each day)
To this end,you are requested to kindly inform and mobilize your Constituents adequately, to enable them benefit from the programme.
