Chairman of Otonyasere Community and Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr Austin Arieja has felicitated with the incumbent speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori after he defeated 13 other aspirants with a total vote of 590 out of 825 accredited.

Dr Austin Arieja who could not bottle his joy said that he was indeed elated to see that an Okpe man emerge as the gubernatorial flag bearer of the party, while noting that it was long overdue.

I want to thank all our Urhobo brothers and sisters for their support, without their support we would not have been able to achieve this great feat. I enjoin them to continue to give their unflinching support as we look forward to the general election. 

To the esteem leaders of our party, I thank you all for your unalloyed support, I urge you all to continue with your support as we will need it to emerge victorious in the general election he added.
