Delta Central 2023: Ede Dafinone Consults Stakeholders In Sapele Okpe Community

Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chief Ede Dafinone has consulted with stakeholders of the Sapele Okpe Community on Wednesday April 11th, 2022 to intimate them on his intentions to run for the Delta Central Senatorial seat to represent the people at the red chambers.

Chief Ede Dafinone who was speaking at the Sapele Okpe Community hall that was filled to capacity with dignatries from all works of life said that Delta Central will get a better deal when he emerges as senator, adding that he has come to seek support from the community. 

In continuation, chief Ede Dafinone said; in his words "please I need your support, you are my people and I am one of your own. He is my brother should not be the reason to support a candidate, but he is my brother and he is the best candidate should be the watch word, you all know that I am the best. I have come to seek for your support irrespective of party affiliation, support be across party line, because I will be able to represent the interest of the people better than any other candidate. Support a grade A candidate who has a score card to show you, a candidate that you are sure will bring the dividends of democracy and ensure that people at the grass root feel the positive impact of the government, he added. 

Send your first eleven to represent you and you are sure to emerge victorious, "a literally term he used to describe the best". I am amongst the first eleven and I need your support to win he said.

Responding, Dr Patrick Akamovba, chairman of the Sapele Okpe community, said that it was imperative for members of the community to get their voters card ready to enable them support Ede Dafinone, adding that they won't be able to support him without their voters card. He therefore urge all that were present to get their voters card to enable them come out enmass on election day to vote Ede Dafinone as Senator

Mr Kefe Ogodo who spoke in the same vein said that a vote for Ede Dafinone will be a vote for development for Sapele, adding that the man from Jesse or Mosogar cannot develop Sapele better than the man from Sapele, he therefore urge all community members to support Ede for the growth and development of Sapele community. 

Hon Moses Ogodo while reacting to the preparedness of the All Progressives Congress, APC, come 2023 said that the party will defeat other parties and emerge victorious at the upcoming election.
